Food Pairings for Ferraton Pere & Fils Condrieu les Mandouls
I love Georges Vernay style, very explosive Condrieu with coconut and pineapple hints, keeping a lot of angle and length. This Condrieu is a different style, it as all about freshness, minerality and fresh quince, apricot and pear. I couldn't taste any oak, don't think they use it. So mineral with a very diversified bouquet. Definitely one of the greatest Condrieu from the region.
