Aromas of lime, kiwi, citrus, melon and a touch of grass complemented by flavors of grapefruit, lemon and lime with a mango and guava finish. Cool, stainless steel tank fermentation gives this wine a crisp freshness while the subtle oak character from barrel aging adds complexity and depth. Made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc.

Pale flinty green. Ferrari-Carano s ever popular Fume Blanc delivers again in 2011 with a richly balanced nose of green melon cantaloupe white flowers and lemon rind. There s a hint of wood smoke that adds a level of complexity to the nose. Richly textured but balanced by racy acidity this is full in the mouth with an added flavor of banana creme and tropical pineapple. Finishes long and rich with a velvety edge. Still world class.
