Add your reviewThis time around, a big nose of peppercorn and sage with big, black fruit. Aromas of crushed boysenberry and blackberry. Flavors of spice, toast, roasted meat jus, graphite, wood spice, and some tobacco. Slight hints of licorice. Big, bold and drinking nicely. Needs food.

Another outstanding Rhone from the infamous 2007 vintage. The nose is extremely fresh and vibrant with notes of raspberries, strawberries, cherries, cranberries and a touch of smoke. There's so much fruit on the nose that you'll anticipate a fruit bomb, but it isn't over the top at all. It's elegant, we'll integrated and delicious. Cherries come through in the mid-palate and the finish is rich and peppery. This is off-the-charts on the QPR scale.

Really shows the ripeness of the vintage, with a wide, almost exotic range of crushed blueberry, boysenberry and blackberry fruit, liberally layered with graphite, woodspice and tobacco notes. The long, racy finish is filled with graphite and licoric... Wine Spectator. A Proprietary Blend wine from Rhone in France. 2007 Feraud-Brunel Cotes du Rhone Villages 750ml
From the hierarchy of wines known as Feraud-Brunel, the 2007 Cotes du Rhone-Villages (70% Grenache and 30% Syrah) is excellent. This beauty displays super fruit, medium to full body, abundant character, and a long finish. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate.
