Food Pairings for Fenouill
As this wine underwent carbonic maceration, we've chilled to about 12 degrees to make it more enjoyable. Red fruits come through on the nose with raspberries, and plums. Chilling it, makes it fresh and tasty. There's a little bit of a licorice taste on the back end. It would pair nicely with pasta with a heavier sauce. Almost like a rose in it's lightness.
