A classic Port blend using traditional Portuguese varieties. It is a blend of 50% Touriga Nacional, 37% Tinto Cao, 8% Souzao and 5% Syrah grapes. This is a luscious wine, rich, smooth, elegant and mature. Pair this wine with the finest blue cheese – Stilton, Roguefort – and dark chocolate. Since this wine is unfined and unfiltered, it will probably form some sediment, so it should be decanted.
