Fenestra Winery's Verdelho Lodi 2007
Verdelho is a grape traditionally grown in Portugal. It has a fresh citrus/tropical fruit bouquet and crisp, clean citrus/pineapple/melon flavors. This refreshing, fruity wine has medium body and a satisfying finish. Wine Enthusiast gave it 86 points saying it is a “zesty, refreshing wine, with lemon, honey, peach and vanilla flavors.” Serve with seafood – shrimp, scallops, fresh clams – salads, chicken or any time as an aperitif.
We produce a wide range of wines, 7 or 8 white wines and about 12 red wines including some less well-known Portugese varieties such as Verdelho, Alvarelhao and Touriga. We also have a Wine Club called the "Fenestra Fanatics."
