1995 Felsina Fontalloro. I let it breath for about one hour before pouring. First glass: It was still tight with a slight metallic taste and a short finish. Second glass: Now, it was beginning to open up and the ripe cherry fruit began to show on the front with a lingering aftertaste of chocolate, almonds and tobacco. Third glass: Fully open with the cherry note giving away to dark fruits on the mid pallet and the finish starting to fade a little. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
