Winemakers Notes

Kurt Feiler has an understated quiet confidence in what he is doing. Interest in the UK for this wide range of the Feiler-Artinger wines has grown impressively, and Kurt is developing a strong following for both red and sweet wines. Editorial Reviews

Light botrytis on the nose with smoky apricot tones. In the mouth this is incredibly sweet and viscous but at the same time there is more than enough acidity to wash through the finish so this doesn't realy get cloying. Wonderful fresh and dried fruit flavors are framed by the mineral tones. A treat! 93pts

Rich, sweet nose. The botrytis is clear, but not overpowering. Its very rich and sweet, and although there's a lot of acid, i dont think it stands up to the sugar, so it came across a little flabby. Nice finish on green apples.
