Faustino VII Rose 2007

Winemaker's Notes:

Color: Deep rose. Bouquet: Fresh and alluring; hints of pear and raspberry. Taste: Refreshing, reminiscent of red berry fruit and clean, well-defined finish. Serving Suggestions: Very versatile. Enjoy before lunch or dinner as a delightful aperitif. A perfect companion for lobster, crab and other shellfish as well as fish courses, notably salmon, swordfish and tuna; pairs well with vegetarian dishes and white meat entrees. Chill well before serving.
