Faustino Rioja Faustino V Reserva 2008

External Review by Premium Wine & Spirits:

The 2008 Faustino V Reserva has a similar profile to the 2010 Crianza, perhaps a step up in concentration, with a predominance of black fruit over the notes of tar, peat, leather and animal hints. The palate is equally polished and the acidity makes it highly drinkable. Drink 2014–2016.

Soft, peppery and gentle with clove scents, this wine is fully mature. Drink it with cured meats, like duck prosciutto.
