Colour: Ruby red. Bouquet: Fruit fragrance with a fine and selected bouquet. Taste: Dry, sapid and acceptably tannic. The maturation in oak barrel and after in bottles accentuates its sooth taste as well its rich bouquet. Food suggestion: Ideal for all courses. When young it goes perfectly with “tagliatelle” with meat and tomato sauce, “Vincisgrassi” and salami as “Cjauscolo” as well roast meat and fish stews.
Dark garnet color, not cloudy. High, sharp notes in the nose, but smooth mouthfeel and enough roundness to complement the substantial tannins. Open more than 24 hours at this point and drinking better. A possible candidate for short term cellaring on the cheap. B+
