Harvested by hand in early September, the berries underwent an immediate cold-soak upon arrival at the winery for 48 hours in stainless steel tanks at 2-3°C. The juice fermented over 15 days in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C. To allow full expression of the fruit, the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks only for 6 months. It was then filtered and refrigerated prior to bottling, then cellared an additional 3 months.

A floral and citrus bouquet fill the nose, with hints of white peaches and pears. On the palate, it is crisp, fresh and intense, with a pleasant, lingering finish.
