crisp, clean, flowery bouquet, fresh PEACHES, honeysuckle, pear, melon & delicate spice and tropical fruit flavors make it a delightful compliment to a wide array of foods! Compare its “Nose” to Viognier or Marsane, with a gentler spice than a dry Gewürztraminer and far, far, more fruit than the best Pinot Gris could hope for! Not only does cold, gentle handling preserve the fruit & it’s bouquet, but often retains some of it’s natural effervescence-CO2-which also keeps the wine a little fresher & can show more bubbles then most still wines.

- This is a Stellar wine. Great with all sorts of foods. Complex, Floral, but fresh & clean. blows the sox off those neutral Pinot Grigos. It's rare & Fanucchi is the only one growinr & producing this wine from the Russian River Valley! we have it by the fire all year round!
