Food Pairings for Fantail Pinotage Vineyards Red Morgenhof
Appearance: Purple and purple disc. Tears are thin, fast and close to each other. Smell: Very fruity, with good notes of blackberries. It gives out hins of grass as well. Taste: Good balance. A little fleshy. Some astringency. Blackberries and mint. Finishes with medium time showing hints of plums. Overall: Though it is a good wine, showing a good deal of the varietal potencial, it is overpriced because of the Morgenhof name in it. There are other pinotages with the same quality but a little cheaper.
