This is a very pleasant and inexpensive wine from Portugal. It is very light in body, very crisp and very refreshing, with hints of peach and lime in the nose. It has only 9% alcohol, so it goes great with a light picnic on a warm afternoon because it will not weigh you down. A perfect wine for beginners because of its light body and crisp fruit. A nice alternative to a Pinot Grigio.

When this white wine is young, it has a slight green tint, hence the name "Vinho Verde" or green wine of Portugal. They're delicate in nature, yet crisp and refreshing. These wines are designed primarily with light cuisine in mind.

This dry, spritzy wine is refreshingly light-bodied and shows a just-off-the-boat freshness on the palate. Floral aromas and lively ripeness make this a wine to remember. If you haven't yet discovered what a wonderfully easy-drinking wine Vinho Verde can be, this is the perfect introduction.

This spritzy, simple wine has citrus scents of clementine driven by a pulse of CO2. For the beach.

A good seafood wine. Dry and tart, but carrying enough apple and lemon flavors to make it lively and refreshing.

Crisp and refreshing fruit with inviting herbal aromas on the nose and a medium-length, honeyed finish.
