On first opening the nose shows sour currant, brambles, soy with some slightly creamy scents lingering in the background. The palate is similar with a semi-tart and spicy finish. One day later the nose is reamy dark currant and light Asian spices with a palate of dark currant Asian spices and a dry cocoa finish.
