Falesco Supertuscan Blend Umbria IGT Vitiano 2006
A top choice for a daily drinker. Vitiano Falesco offers great value at $7.99 a bottle, delivering a solid performance and outperforming wines that are double its price point. A blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot and sangiovese, this wine delivers on the palate, with lots of fruit flavors including berries, cassis, cherries, oak and hints of chocolate. The finish is a bit lacking, but for the price it cannot be beat.
Tremendous value, delicious wine.
A great wine, especially at the price. Even though this wine is from Umbria, it is a super-tuscan blend type, and a really good one. Vintage after vintage, scores 89-90 points. I can't wait to taste the 2007 vintage, as it is reportedly improved enough to score 91 points.
The best italian red wine I have ever tasted!
Three and a half glasses

Intensives Rubin, fast purpur.
