Classic Italian white, made from a blend of 60% Trebbiano, 30% Malvasia and 10% Roscetto grown in various estate vineyards in Montefiascone, in the region of Lazio. Straw colored with a bouquet of ripe fruit. On the palate, it exhibits soft flavors of pear and melon.

Mondini affirms that as early as the 19th century several foreign varietals were cultivated in Lazio, some in quite remarkable proportions and specialized in the vineyards... Cabernet, Carignane, Gamay, Grenache, Merlot, Malbeck, Pinot, Sauvignon, Syrah... Lazio generally proves to be an area where the advantages from the cultivation of the foreign varietals are remarkable, especially for what concerns the ones coming from France..
