A fruity high-quality wine that is a refreshing alternative to the ubiguitous Pinot Grigio.
Falasco Garganega gets its great concentration from late-harvested hand-picked grapes. Unlike most other late-harvested wines, this is not a sweet wine; this is done to allow the grapes to ripen fully. After a light pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, half of the wine is aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks while the other half is aged in oak. Recently lauded by Decanter Magazine as an Italian white "worth twice the price."
Made from the finest fully-ripened fruit, this read more...

A great alternative to Pinot Grigio, this Garganega has more fruit and depth. Good fruit and a slightly toasty finish.
