Faiveley Clos des Cortons Faiveley Corton Grand Cru Domaine Faiveley Domaine Faiveley Neu de Dhl 1993

Winemaker's Notes:

90 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): Tasting note: Deeply colored with only a touch of bricking on the rim. Very rich, earthy, dense aromas of marvelous complexity lead to intense, big, robust, deep flavors underpinned by solid tannic structure and excellent length. This is a very big wine that has not entirely found its stride yet but everything is in place to permit this to have a long, graceful future. A very impressive if not truly great example of this cru. Drink: Try from 2008+. (Oct 2003)
