- Light yellow colour. Open nose with aromas of yellow fruit and vanilla. Supple and rich attack. Rich on the palate, has a very nice volume for this level of appellation. Cellaring potential: 3 to 5 years. Serve at: 10°C. Serve with: creamy sea food soup, vegetable terrine, fish.
