What to Expect

Torrontes is considered to be the flagship white wine of Argentina. The wines produced from Torrontes are very aromatic with intense floral aromas backed up by lemon and orange notes with hints of white peach. Unlike many aromatic varieties, Torrontes retains bright acidity at maturity.

Die Aromatik ist vielschichtig und intensiv: reife, gedörrte Früchte (Pfirsich, Aprikose), Honig, Orangenblüte, aber auch blumige Noten. Die Restsüsse im Gaumen ist beachtlich und steht zu Beginn im Vordergrund. Dann setzt sich die Fruchtstruktur voll und ganz durch. Das Süsse-Säure-Spiel ist spannend und entwickelt sich im anhaltenden, äusserst aromatischen Finale. Fabulös, dieser Fabula! Er überzeugt durch seine aromatische Nachhaltigkeit und seine tiefgründige Struktur.
