Fabre Montmayou Red Bordeaux Blend Grand Vin 2006

Member Review by dynowine:

Undecanted from a preservation machine. Intense creamy nose with fruit and hints of tobacco and earth. In the mouth rich layered ripe and chewy sour fruit (cassis, blackberry, and dark cherry) with hint of earth. Lively acid on the attack, fuzzy tannins on the tongue. Finish of sour fruit that fades to dirt and nut and lingers with some pleasant bitterness. Body medium plus, acid medium plus, tannins medium plus. Dry. Quite tasty, ok price as tested, about USD30.
