Fabbioli Cellars Merlot Raspberry Merlot NV

External Review by Salute! Wine Market:

Raspberry wine made from the fruit grown on our farm blended with Merlot to make a firm and fruity not too sweet dessert wine. Barrel aged to marry the flavors and impart some oak character; this wine has fruit, spice, wood and sweetness. It's a real pleasure after dinner. We recommend pairing with chocolate, lots of chocolate.

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
