Grenache is the main grape in many Rhone blends and most Cotes du Rhone and Chateaunuef-du-pape. A very intresting wine. Made out of Old vines from the area that started the cultivation of the Garnacha in the 12th century.

This is a traditional fermentation of Ganacha in Concreat vats. From the 2007 vintage 15-20% of the fruit was layed in the vate without cruching. Then filled with cold cruched fruit. This made a more complex wine then earlyer vintages.

Full of fruit and ecelent value. Goes perfect with BBQs, rustic cooking and game birds as well as Chicken.
