Two and a half glasses
Oh my goodness, I am watching 'Julie and Julia' on Netflix right now, with this bottle that i just bought, and it is the best pairing : ) It is the lightest Pinot Noir I ever drank in my life. And to me, it's all about strawberries, almost strawberry flowers, i't so light, and i don't mean conventional strawberries, but european tiny small wild strawberries. If you make a pie with them, they become slightly bitter, and that is exactly what this wine tastes like to me. It's not red currant, i swear, maybe ripe white currant, and no cherries whatsoever, sorry, maybe a bit of a dry cherry pit. Seriously thinking about buying a case of it tomorrow. I gave it a 4 star rating only because it is not a traditional Pinot Noir, and some might be disappointed because of its rather mild sweetness. But a huge plus to me that they make it naturally, without 'nasties' , and I don't have a huge buzz going on, because it's made like it should be, honestly. You can feel it.
earthy mushrooms combined with sour red cherry aromas, light on the palate, immediate taste of sour cherries, cranberry with an earthy finish. not very complex but elegant fruit notes
A light ruby color with a power nose of raspberry with graphite, new leather, eucalyptus and a bit of bell pepper. Very different but interesting nose. On the Palate, light bodied with cranberry, sour blueberry (yum) earth and grassy green pepper. Short finish but interesting wine to say the least.
Wow had this with Coq au Vin for my mothers B-day...I couldn't keep my nose out of the glass. Rich ripe fruit, cherries and rich chocolate. Plenty of spice and good acidity. The flavors went on and on. Just an amazing Pinot for $14! [NR]

An equal blend of estate and Seven Springs fruit. This wine showed a balance of the softer estate fruit and the deeper, more structured Seven Spings fruit. A hint of mint and loam with nice length, very good wine.
