Our Sauvignon Blanc is organically grown (from the Preston Vineyard) and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The 2009 vintage has terrific lime, tropical fruit and floral aromas. There is also a nice mineral characteristic to the flavor of this wine, to go along with the delicious grapefruit, green apple and lime flavors.
