An amazing perfume of plum and berries made this wine nearly as enjoyable to smell as it was to drink. On the palette, a very juicy flavor of dark cherries and tobacco, hints of herbs. Paired equally well with a lobster with herb spaetzle as it did with a venison loin with pickled onions.
