Evans & Tate Breathing Space Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Winemaker's Notes:

Evans & Tate is one of the founding wineries of Margaret River, the beautiful Redbrook vineyard was planted in 1974. From humble beginnings Evans & Tate has gone on to make some of Australia's most popular and respected wines. The unique soil and location of Margaret River helps to deliver wines of elegance, finesse and power; the Evans & Tate style is at the forefront of the Australian revolution in making modern wines fit for the modern palate. Vibrant purple red with a bright purple rim. Bright pure Cabernet fruits of redcurrant and plum over laid by subtle leafy and herbal notes. French oak characters of cedar and toast adds further complexity. Fresh plums and redcurrant fruits on the front palate with a subtle tannin grip that young Cabernet Sauvignon wines from Margaret River are renowned for. Pair with Chile con carne, spicy pizza and beef casserole.
