Food Pairings for Estola Gran Reserva
Tasting Notes: Produced with a selection of the best Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Aged in deep underground cellars, first in selected oak barrels and then in the bottle. Intense ruby colour with ochre tinges, it has a complex nose and a magnificient oaked bouquet, very well accompanied by spice aromas and balsamic notes. Velvety on the palate, full and well structured, with powerful after-taste and excellent tannin. Good with roasts, red meats, game and matured cheeses. Should be served in glasses which allow its excellent qualities to be appreciated, and at a temperature of approximately 18° C. Percentage Grape: 65% Cencibel (Tempranillo) 35% Cabernet Sauvignon
