Estancia Sauvignon Blanc Pinnacles Ranches 2007
White grape, Pineapple, Vanilla. A little more sweet than what we are used to. Went well with our spicy dinner though.
Light oaky flavor, with vanilla tones. Easy to sip, but best with food; a little too sweet without something to balance or temper the flavors.

Lots of vanilla with a touch of peach in a soft oaky style.
Bright pear, apricot and fig with hints of cinnamon, allspice and vanilla. Flavor: Ripe fig, honeydew melon and pear with a dollop of pineapple and lemon custard. Subtle
Estancia Chardonnay is produced from grapes grown in the Pinnacles Vineyard on the east side of the Salinas Valley at the base of the Gavilan Mountains, with additional fruit from the Santa Lucia Highlands to the west. The cool climate and sandy, well-drained soils keep yields low and fruit intensity high. This is where California Central Coast fruit truly shines. Aged 8 months in French and American oak, This value Chard shows ripe tropical fruit flavors with hints of toast and vanilla. Very satisfying.
