The Estancia Pinot Grigio is a fresh, youthful wine capturing the terroir of the Monterey Pinnacles Vineyard. A long, cool growing season, deep well drained decomposed granite soil, low yields, hand-selected clusters and gentle, minimal winemaking deliver this fruit driven wine. Reminiscent of Alsatian style Pinot Gris, this wine has vibrant Anjou pear, pippin apple, and creamy citrus flavors with a lingering, crisp mineral finish. Serve as the perfect accompaniment to grilled fish, poultry, light cream sauces, spicy Asian cuisine, or as a refreshing poolside beverage.
