Estancia Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon 2008
This wine is a nice one to spruce up any evening. I think it's a little more expensive than what I'd consider table wine, and so I normally like to think of it as a treat. As for flavor? well the review is pretty accurate, it's certainly got that wonderful hint of oak that I love in a good Cabernet, and it strays from being too fruity or acidic. Since it lacks sweetness it is easier to sip and relax with.
Really enjoyed this wine. I am not an expert or a wine connoisseur by any means so read this review with that in mind. I look for something that is easy to drink--smooth and not too strong. I prefer a cab and this wine has now become my favorite.
