This wine is pale straw in appearance with aromas of pears, Golden Delicious apple, grapefruit, lime, strawberry, rose petal with a dash of cinnamon with white pepper.  The flavors are of Bartlett pear, white peach, Golden Delicious apple, mineral and water chestnut flavors mingle together with white pepper accents.  It has medium body with vibrant fruit intensity.{87% Pinot Gris, 13% Chardonnay).  12.6% Alcohol.

The flavors in this wine are amazing. It has a bold taste where you can actually taste the apples and other fruits that were incorporated into this wine without being too sweet.
