Bought at Sams Club. Great with spaghetti and a salad.For that matter it goes well with anything for an everyday meal.

At Estancia, over 2000 acres of vineyard lands ensure that they have direct control over how grapes are farmed and managed. This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from their Keyes Canyon Ranches in Paso Robles. Growing conditions in Paso Robles are extreme temperature swings are greater than in any other California appellation. The rugged landscape, unique microclimate and infertile soils at Keyes Canyon Vineyard produce Bordeaux varietals with low yields, small clusters, tiny berries and high skin-to-juice ratios for concentrated wines with intense varietal character.This Cab was aged 14 months in American oak and French oak, 25% new, this Cab shows intensity and style that go way beyond its modest price tag.
