Espumante Rose NV

Editorial Review by Gregory Dal Piaz:

25 months in touch with the lees, Chard/pn 50/50 Toasty, a bit of peach, smoky, a bit oily, some diesel, fine mousse, nice depth of flavors, definitely a little yeasty, autolytic, Brie and beeswax but at the same time this show plenty of fruit, a touch of a dried tropical fruit note, a bit of dried mango then more peach and pineapple, decent length, a touch dusty, almost a sweetness on the finish, this is really lovely, has a gentle rose petal note on the finish. 88pts

Casa Valduga:
One of the biggest Brazilian producers of fine wine. Lots of technology and proffessional efforts make its large range of wines always very reliable. Its Gran Reserva Brut and Nature are fantastic.
