Actually has more shiraz than cabernet, and the resulting wine is plummy and berryish with interesting graphite and herbal notes. Well balanced. Good everyday house red.
This is about the sweetest Sauvignon Blanc I have ever tasted. At 13.5% alcohol, I would guess that the winery added sugar to boost both the sweetness and the alcohol content. This is a fairly blonde wine for a Sauv. Blanc, yet it tastes very fresh-- not far from the vine and not long out of the tank.
