Tasting Notes: A full-bodied Merlot that captivates with its intensive fruit aromas. A blend of strawberry and delicate vanilla aromas combines and unfolds in its perfectly seamless bouquet. Percentage Grape: Merlot Soil: Lime -stony soils. Well drained soils. Growing Climate: tempered, with defined seasons. Type of Harvest: 100% hand picked Vinification Method: Cold maceration. Fermented with a peak of 30°C the first day and at 25°C the rest of the time to keep the fruit and the softness. 8 days of maceration to get the appropriate structure and length. Vinification Temperature: 30/25°C Malolactic: Malolactic fermentation done. Alcohol Percentage: 13.5 % PH: 3.57 Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l Total Acidity: 4,5 - 5,2 g/l
