Tasting Notes: Intensive fruit aromas characterise this Sauvignon Blanc. Citrus, mango, peach and fig aromas blend seamlessly and are perfectly complemented by a fresh, earthy touch. This is a very distinctive Sauvignon Blanc with spicy freshness, firm acidity and a long-lasting, well-balanced finish. Goes well with a wide range of fish, oysters and blue cheese. Percentage Grape: Sauvignon Blanc Soil: Sandy - lime. Growing Climate: tempered, with defined seasons. Type of Harvest: 100% hand picked Vinification Method: 50% all bunch pressed and 50% destemed and crushed. Pressed in a neumatic press, and fermented at 13°C with Oeno Tipico and QA23. Vinification Temperature: 13°C Alcohol Percentage: 13 % PH: 3.2 Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l
