Lightly roasted on the nose, with hints of coffee accenting the spicy red fruits that are topped with a touch of blood orange and gently stemmy floral notes. Bright and ripe in the mouth with soft tannins and an edge of evolution to the core of dark red fruits. This offers some nice complexity with an edgy earthiness on the mid-palate, followed by hints of tea and roast meat on the finish. 89pts

Brand new to my local wine store and a very fair price I thought I would give it a whirl. Very light red almost transparent in color they typical pinot in appearance, raspberries and strawberries jump out of the nose with a hint of cream enjoyable nose, the flavor is nice and enjoyable, it started of being what I thought was going to be light and then really built up a bit, faint berries with a touch of whip cream, has just a nice little pinch of spice and pepper at the back end, good balance with a respectable finish, overall a pretty decent wine though at a point the mid palate may be a little hollow but very serviceable at the price point

Good dark red with ruby highlights. Piercing aromas of blackberry, raspberry, sandalwood and pungent herbs, with a soft ripe tannins.
