RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Casablanca Valley, Aconcagua, ChileErrazuriz Chardonnay Wild Ferment is a white wine gem from the benchmark Chilean wine producer. Errazuriz was founded in 1870 in the Aconcagua Valley, 65 miles north of the capital, Santiago, and at the foot of Mount Aconcagua, the highest peak in the Western Hemisphere and one of the seven summits of the world. Don Maximiano Errazuriz transformed this barren land into a world-class vineyard. Today, the tradition lives on with Eduardo Chadwick, the fifth generation of his family to lead this exceptional estate. To produce its Wild Ferment Chardonnay, Errazuriz ferments its best lots of Chardonnay using natural yeasts which add distinctive flavors and complexity to the wine. The grapes for the 2009 Chardonnay Wild Ferment were hand-picked into small boxes early in the morning to keep them cool. One third of the final blend was further enhanced by malolactic fermentation. The entire blend was aged on its lees for 12 months in French oak barrels, 10% new. Errazuriz Chardonnay Wild Ferment is light yellow in color with complex aromas of expressive tropical fruits and mineral notes. The palate features apples, pears and spices and bright acidity that balances the lush and creamy texture resulting from its malolactic fermentation. The wine has a long, lingering and pleasing finish.Enjoy Errazuriz Chardonnay Wild Ferment over the next 4-5 years with grilled swordfish, roast chicken, veal, empanadas and cheeses.
