Our 2006 Catie's Corner Syrah is deep and lush with notes of blueberries and bacon in the nose. inky purple with well integrated tannins, this cool climate Syrah should age well. We co-fermented our Syrah with 3% Viognier to brighten the fruit and add complexity. Serve this lovely wine with short ribs braised in Syrah.
