"The 2008 Ercavio Tempranillo Roble is also 100% Cencibel (Tempranillo) aged for 5 months in mostly French oak. Purple/black in color, it offers up aromas of liquid mineral, lightly baked black fruits, spice box, and violets. Medium- full bodied on the palate, it is dense with excellent volume, savory flavors and a bit of structure...." WA 04/10
