Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Not really much of a wine drinker, but when I tasted this particular brand of wine, I immediately fell in love it with. It has a crisp and clean taste that leaves you wanting more! Most especially love drinking it during the winter seasons. Can't wait for my next bottle of it!

Wine Enthusiast ReviewRated 91This bottling from EOS is almost always one of the most dependable and satisfying dessert wines in California, and the price is good compared to its peers. The '07 is a very good sweetie, a pace or two off the previous four vintages. But it offers rich, honeyed apricot, pineapple and crme brulee flavors and is very sweet.Wine Tasting NotesThis vintage opens with an explosion of aromas, including apricot, peach, apple and lilac. Flavors of peach and apricot coat the whole palate, while orange blossom essences add a delicate complexity. The rich flavors finish clean and not cloying, with a light, pleasant crispness.
