Overall, very good. Not your typical Napa or Sonoma cab, this is less dry and more fruit forward. Once it opens up it has good balance and lots of cherry and boysenberry flavors.
Dry oaky nose, black cherry notes with more oak. A dry spicy finish on the oak with some nice tannins. Good. Served at Marla and Jason's wedding.
EOS always makes a reliably good Cabernet and this vintage was right in there. Strawberry fruit, nice spice and that nice little cocoa powder thing happening.
