Enroute Pinot Noir 2009
The EnRoute Les Pommiers has aromas of dark fruits; plum, black cherry, blackberry with underlying perfume and floral notes and a hint of mineral. The fruit follows through on the palate with blueberry and a core of creamy cherry. The midpalate is broad and layered, displaying considerably supple tannins that are balanced nicely by sweet oak and refreshing acidity. The finish is long and layered with a final hint of cherry and earth.
