Under the protection of the Pyrenees, or more exactly, in the Somontano, that is, "at the foot of the mountains", in the Northeast area of the province of Huesca you can find the 4.297 hectares which are home to one of Spain's most interesting wineries. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is vinified as a rosé giving a wonderful depth and brightnes of colour. Its is elegant, with flavours of fresh raspberry, blackcurrant and gooseberry. Serve at 8-10 °C. The wine will show its best with poultry in currant sauces, rice dishes, pastas and soufflés.
