Enate Rosado 2007

Winemaker's Notes:

Under the protection of the Pyrenees, or more exactly, in the Somontano, that is, "at the foot of the mountains", in the Northeast area of the province of Huesca you can find the 4.297 hectares which are home to one of Spain's most interesting wineries. This delightful Gewurztraminer has overt aromas of lychees and pineapple. These are carried through to an explosive flavour with bags of fruit. "Gewürz" means spicy, and this characteristic is amply present in this wine. On the palate it is chewy, with sweet nuances showing, especially in its aftertaste although the wine is dry. Serve with macedonias, strong cheeses and foie-gras.
