This Sauvignon Blanc exhibits the complexity that comes from vineyard management and vigilant winemaking to preserve both the citrus flavors and a touch of herbaceousness that defines this grape variety. The balance of acidity with fruit ripeness is our goal, which allows Sauvignon Blanc to come to it's full potential. Enticing aromas of grapefruit & fig, with nuances of pear. Medium bodied with a supple finish, this Sauvignon Blanc marries beautifully with seafood. The exotic fruitiness of this wine is also an excellent compliment to spicy dishes from Asia and Latin America.

- This sauvignon blanc smells like ripe bananas and lemons. It has a great cotton candy flavor up front with out being overly sweet. It is very crisp and bright and the flavors range from pineapple and lemon. This would be great porch wine or even fantastic with grilled fish.

- This wine makes me wish it was summertime! The nose is a combination of smoke, lemon zest and an interesting mineral undertone. Flavors if lemon, pineapple and a surprising cotton candy aspect hit the palette and the finish has a nice burst of candied fruit that is pleasant for a while but does get a bit saccharine-y after a bit. Overall, a very nice offering - can't wait for the summertime!
