External Reviews for Emina Tinto Fino Ribera del Duero
This Tempranillo attaches firmly with a tannic grip. Dark and weighty plums merge with old leather underlined with clay tannins. 6 months in new oak only softened the depth of the varietal and remains understated. A meal is an absolute must; roast beef with rosemary and peppercorn would be fine with this substantial wine.
